Our Fitness Room is equipped with a Solid Body Multi-station Gym that provides health club quality strength training for up to three people simultaneously. This workhorse of the gym features a multi-function Press Arm Station for bench press, incline press, shoulder press, and chest supported mid-row exercises.
The fully adjustable “Perfect Pec” station with range limiters allows users to achieve deeper muscle penetration for faster, more defined results.
The Leg Press/Calf Press station operates on a 2 to 1 weight ratio providing up to 420 lb. leg press!
Two Image 17.5 S Treadmills feature programmable modes as well as manual modes that control the speed, incline and time while making your workouts more effective.
With our Fitness Flyer, you’ll use the muscles of both your upper and lower body in an easy gliding motion to burn calories, firm muscles, and improve cardiovascular endurance. The Fitness Flyer is ideal for all fitness levels by providing a range of motions from a slow walk to a full run with no sudden stops or impacts of joints.
