Early Lease Opt Out Upon Graduation
For students graduating and planning to move away from our apartment community, we allow moving graduates to end their lease early without an early termination penalty. In order to qualify for this penalty free early termination of the lease, graduates must be living in one of our communities for at least one year; give a thirty-day notice of intent to graduate and move; show proof of graduation; and, vacate the apartment within three days after graduation.
