1. Early Signing Bonus
Any resident that turns in their renewal form and renews their lease for the next year before May 30 will be eligible for a $100.00 Early Signing Bonus. Each person listed on the lease must have signed the new lease before May 30th to receive the bonus. Early Signing Bonus is subject to charge back if the new lease is not fulfilled in its entirety.

2. 30% Summer Discount Bonus
All students not planning to reside in the apartment during the months of June and July may be eligible for a 30% discount for those months. Each person on the lease must sign a new lease for the next year prior to May 30th. 30% Summer Discount Bonus is subject to charge back if the new lease is not fulfilled in its entirety.
You choose which Early Renewal Bonus fits your plans best – use either Early Signing Bonus or 30% Summer Discount Bonus each year you renew the lease on your current apartment! And with no rent increase during the first three years!
