These are our most economical single bedroom apartments. Even though we named this floor plan “small” – it’s big on individuality. These units are ideal for the student wanting a separate living room and bedroom floor plan. There’s a living room/dining area, an individualized kitchenette and a full size private bath. The bedroom has French doors leading to a patio or deck. Closet space is maximized with a wall closet along one wall in the bedroom. Each small one bedroom is equipped with central heat and air, dead-bolt locks, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Occupancy is limited to two people with a second person surcharge of $50.00 per month.
