Medium One Bedroom Apartments offer increased living and bedroom space. Two different floor plans are offered. Plan A with the bath off a center hallway between living room and the bedroom and Plan B with the private bath off the bedroom. Each floor plan offers a kitchen with stove, frost-free refrigerator, and dishwasher. Closet space is maximized with a wall closet along one wall in the bedroom.
Both Plans are equipped with central heat and air, dead-bolt locks, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Deck or Patio is off the bedroom. Occupancy is limited to two people with a second person surcharge of $50.00 per month.
