• We provide 24 hour emergency maintenance! If there is a need for emergency maintenance, we are there!
• Parents love us because we give back directly to our students. Many apartment communities make a big deal when they write a check for Five Thousand Dollars and give it to a student based charity. We’ve decided the best way to help our students is to freeze the rent increases for the first three years when they lives with us. Last year we saved our student residents $72,283.55!
