
We will begin our Fall Reservation List on April 15th. To sign up, please complete the Reservation List form, and the Rental Application. If you are planning to have a roommate, they must also complete a Rental Application. In order to be added onto the list, your applications will have to be approved. If you do not have established credit, please include a completed Co-Signer Application. For identity verification, any person completing an application must provide a copy of their driver’s license.
Each applicant is required to pay a $20 application fee. The application fee must be paid for each person completing the Rental Application, and planning to live in the apartment.
All completed forms and the application fee will need to be turned in at our office. A $100 reservation list deposit is required upon approval of applications. This deposit will be applied towards the actual apartment security deposit once an apartment has been selected for you. This must be paid prior to being added onto the list.
We only accept personal checks and money orders. The application fee and reservation list deposit must be paid in separate checks.
Please be aware that the application fee is non refundable. The reservation list deposit will only be refunded if we are unable to assign you the apartment size of your choice. You will not receive a refund by cancelling your reservation. Apartment location and particular amenities are not guaranteed. We strive to meet everyone’s request.
